Beverly Rae Hoss passed away quietly on December 27th at Marshall Hospital, she was 76. Beverly was born on November 28, 1941 in Port Jervis, New York and moved to California with her family during High School. Beverly met her loving husband, Gary, in 1957 and were married in 1961. Beverly worked as a mathematician for NASA at the Ames Research Center and Stanford Research Institute.

Beverly and Gary moved to Camino in the early 1980's where they designed and built their own dream house, which they have lived in for the past 35 years.

Beverly was an amazing artist, who also loved to cross stich. She created many paintings and cross stitch pictures that hang in her house and many family members. Beverly was an avid daily reader and taught her grandchildren and many struggling adults to read. She was a member of the Sacramento Valley MG Car Club and other social organizations.

Beverly traveled to all 50 US States and toured many countries in Europe, Canada and Mexico. She is survived by her husband of 56 years, Gary; two sons, Wayne and Roger; sister Lorraine; daughters-in-law, Debra and Tamara; and five grandchildren, Cameron, Meghan, Paige, Brian and Daniel.

She will be laid to rest during a family ceremony on January 11th, 2018 at Alta Mesa Cemetery in Palo Alto. She will be missed by all who loved and knew her. In lieu of flowers, friends may make memorial contributions in Beverly's name to the American Cancer Society (cancer.org). Online condolences may be made at chapelofthepinesfunerals.com.
